JCB Photography will require you to contact us first via our contact us page, email or via Facebook. We will then contact you via e-mail or Facebook once your photos are on our website or Flickr account, informing you that these are available to view.

If you purchase any prints or CD we will obtain your postal address, via Paypal's payment advice. This will only be used in order for us to process your order.

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with proofs of the requested photos and to help us to complete any your orders.
Details are stored only for the processing of orders and or inquires and to satisfy our accounting requirements. We do not rent, sell or share access to your data with any third parties.

All transactions though JCB Photography's website are via PayPal and are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy. This will result in JCB Photography and PayPal using the personal data of our customers but only for the processing of your order.

Internal record keeping
We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may contact you by email or phone (subject to number provided).
